Arcadia Capital Advises InformedDNA on Divestiture of Genetic Testing Utilization Management Business Unit to Zyter

Arcadia Capital, the premier strategic advisor and investment bank to leaders in the tech and tech services ecosystem, served as exclusive financial advisor to InformedDNA (“IDNA” or “the Company”), a portfolio company of Truehelm and QHP Capital, in the divestiture of its Genetic Testing Utilization Management (“GTUM”) business unit to Zyter, a subsidiary of Infinite, a global technology company. The transaction marks the Company’s continued investment in and focus on DNAimpact, its category-defining precision health platform, and follows the May 2026 divestiture of IDNA’s Payment Integrity business unit.

The GTUM unit partners with health plans to bring clinical rigor to one of the fastest-moving categories of medical spend. It pairs genetics-trained specialists with evidence-based review so that members receive the tests that are clinically right for them and payers avoid spend on those that are not. As the volume and complexity of genetic tests on the market compound, that capability has increasingly become essential payer infrastructure.

“Arcadia has been a trusted partner and critical part of our team through both of our divestitures, helping to refine the strategy and running the process. We look forward to our continued working relationship,” said Surya Singh, MD, Chief Executive Officer of InformedDNA.

“After deciding to sharpen InformedDNA’s focus on using genetic testing for precision health, Arcadia brought our board sharp strategic thinking and disciplined execution to get it done,” said Conor Green, Partner at Truehelm and board member of InformedDNA.

The transaction underscores Arcadia Capital’s continued leadership in advising high-growth software, SaaS, AI, agentic AI and tech services businesses on strategic transactions. The deal reinforces Arcadia’s ability to both strategically advise and efficiently deliver transformative outcomes for founders, operators and financial sponsors.
