KINGSTON, JAMAICA, August 17, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Eppley Caribbean Property Fund Limited SCC – Value Fund today reported continued growth across every key metric for the nine-month period ended June 30, 2026, reaffirming its position as a consistent income-generating Caribbean Real Estate mutual fund.

The results were highlighted by Funds From Operations (FFO) growth of 20% to Bds$4.57 million, a figure that has already surpassed FFO recorded for the entirety of the 2025 financial year. Comprehensive income rose 13% to Bds $4.28 million, from Bds $3.78 million in the prior year. Net Operating Income increased 9% to Bds $9.40 million, driven by higher occupancy and contractual rent increases. Net asset value per share rose 10% to $1.03.

Reflecting the strength of recurring cash flow, the Board approved a further quarterly dividend of 0.50 cents per share, payable September 16, 2026 to shareholders on record as of September 1, 2026. This continues an unbroken record of quarterly distributions underpinned by strong operating performance.

The Value Fund’s portfolio currently consists of 40 buildings spanning approximately 1.2 million square feet of retail, logistics, office and industrial space across the Caribbean, with 95% occupancy and a diversified, well-established tenant base. The portfolio includes well-known regional landmarks such as Mall Plaza and Empire Shopping Centre in Halfway Tree, Kingston; the JN Bank Commercial Real Estate Portfolio and Sunset Crest Mall and Emerald City Mall in Barbados.

“The Value Fund’s third quarter results reflect the underlying strength and resilience of this portfolio,” said Aisha Campbell, President of Real Estate and Infrastructure at Eppley. “The Value Funds’ growth is driven by operating fundamentals, occupancy gains and contractual rent escalations. The Fund Manager remains confident in the Fund’s long-term value and committed to consistent sustainable returns for shareholders across the Barbados, Jamaica and Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchanges.”
