The system modernizes personnel lifecycle processes by automating account provisioning, enforcing real-time access tracking, and ensuring compliance with federal and DoD requirements. Integrated Power BI dashboards provide real-time insights into staffing, performance, and program health, supporting CPARS outcomes and proactive risk management.
Built on a People, Process, and Technology framework, the system delivers standardized workflows and predictive analytics while enhancing accountability, reducing risk, and accelerating onboarding and offboarding.
